Voice activities are the recorded opinions by voice originating actors on target policies and on taget actors.

For example, policies' constituencies can voice their opinions on the policies affecting them. Also, for example, administrations can express opinions on the firms that they are interacting with, and vice-versa.

Such opinions are usually highly structured, but in principle there is the possibility of making unstructured comments.

The recorded opinions are then made public via the publisher.

Voice activities are registered separately for each subconstituency within a constituency.
